Do you store my photos?

Without storing, every search would re-scan from scratch. We store your data so the product works well. We never view, share, sell, or train on it.
Is my data safe if CloudFace AI gets hacked?
Every file is encrypted with AES-256 and per-user keys. Even in an unlikely breach, your photos would be unreadable without your unique decryption keys. We follow industry security best practices including secure connections, access controls, and regular security reviews.
Do I need a Google account?
No. You can upload photos directly from your device without any Google account. Google Drive integration is optional — not required.
How accurate is the face recognition?
CloudFace AI face recognition technology delivers 95%+ accuracy across standard photography conditions. It works on blurry, low-light, and angled images that most tools fail on. Video face recognition is actively improving and results may vary on complex video content.
Can guests access all my photos?
No. Each guest accessing an event gallery sees only their own matched photos — nobody else's. You control all access via password-protected links or QR codes.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Use the one-click Delete All My Data option in your dashboard to permanently remove all photos, face embeddings, and account information. Your data is gone — completely and immediately.
How is this different from Google Photos?
Google Photos uses your photos to improve its AI models and serves you advertising based on your content. CloudFace AI never trains on your data, never shows you ads, and never sells your information.
