Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any paid subscription (Personal, Pro, Business, or higher), simply contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase. We will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. It does not apply to renewals after the initial 30-day period.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@cloudface-ai.com within 30 days.
- Include your registered email and reason (optional but helpful).
- We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment processor times may add 3–10 extra days depending on your location and method (Razorpay, UPI, cards, PayPal, etc.).
Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for the remaining portion of a paid period after the 30-day guarantee window.
- You will continue to have access until the end of the paid term.
What Is Not Eligible for Refund
- Refunds after 30 days from purchase.
- Partial-month usage or downgrades.
- Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., prohibited uses).
- Duplicate accounts or abuse of the guarantee.
Billing Disputes
If you notice a billing error, contact us immediately. We will investigate promptly. For disputes with Razorpay or your bank, please reach out to us first so we can assist.
