Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You are responsible for all charges incurred during your subscription period
- Subscription fees are non-refundable regardless of usage
- No credits or refunds for partial months of service

- International refunds may take 7-14 business days
Billing Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of the charge
- Provide detailed information about the disputed charge
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- Valid billing errors will be corrected, but no refunds will be issued
- For payment disputes, contact us first before escalating to Razorpay
Exceptions
In extremely rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our no-refund policy:
- Duplicate charges due to system errors
- Unauthorized charges on your account
- Service completely unavailable for extended periods (7+ days)
